Your tasks

• As a manager, you take on the professional and human responsibility for our Payroll team, consisting of four Payroll specialists and a student employee.
• For the entire Payroll area on Kispi, you are responsible and ensure correct, timely and legally compliant wage processing for around 3,000 employees.
• You are responsible for the annual accounts in the area of payroll in cooperation with the finances and at the same time ensure compliance with all compliance and social security requirements.
• As a competent contact person, you advise employees and managers on wage and social security issues and represent the Kispi vis-à-vis authorities, social insurance and audit offices.
• The continuous optimization, digitalization and automation of our payroll processes are actively driven forward.
• You promote your team professionally and personally, give orientation and accompany the individual development with coaching.
• As a key user of the Nexus Hospis wage system, you are the technical contact person for your team and form the interface to IT and system provider.
• In cross-divisional HR projects, you are actively involved and, as a member of the HR Services management team, you contribute to the strategic development of the area.

Your profile

• Commercial education or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in the field of payroll, social security or human resources (e.g. social security card, payroll diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing, ideally in a larger or hospital environment
• Leadership experience as well as the ability to accompany and develop employees in an appreciative manner
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss social security and wage system as well as safe handling of current HR / wage systems and MS Office
• Experience with relevant payroll systems (e.g. Polypoint, Hospis, d.3) is advantageous
• Analytical, structured and quality-conscious working method with a sense for process optimization and digitalization
• Stylistic German in word and writing
• Further language skills are advantageous
