Office Wage band 95,000 - 110,000 CHF 01 Future employer In this responsible position, you take over the management of the service and maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of machines and plants. They coordinate maintenance and repair operations, optimize processes and ensure that faults are resolved quickly and sustainably. You combine technical understanding with organizational skill and always keep an eye on both quality and availability. In a dynamic environment, you have the opportunity to actively shape processes and further develop your team both professionally and humanly. 02 Your task Ensuring the availability and functionality of all production-related machines, plants and operating facilities – Overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the technical infrastructure including machine park at the site Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair operations, including collaboration with external service providers – Creation, maintenance and further development of technical plant, operation and maintenance documentation Ongoing optimization and further development of maintenance processes with focus on efficiency and plant availability – Active participation and promotion of automation and modernization projects – Readiness for scheduled assignments outside regular working hours as part of the pikett or on-call service – Operational support in day-to-day business as well as close cooperation with the team – Participation in sub-projects in the commissioning and integration of new machines and plants 03
