Tasks
- They lead the department in a goal-oriented manner and promote and challenge employees according to professional, social and economic principles.
- They take responsibility for the holistic care and care of our residents.
- They are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care and training regulations.
- They actively participate in the care and support the team.
Profile
- Strong capacity for holistic and networked thinking
- Rounded-off professional experience in the care of people with dementia, as well as the ability to attract employees to common goals and create a climate of trust and commitment
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
- Resilience, flexibility, high social skills and good communication skills, written and oral
