The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the old age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, the living in old age and the consulting with a total of about 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

For our protected residential group for people with dementia developments, we are looking for an experienced leader who lives the topic of dementia with passion. With heart, expertise and foresight, you accompany 21 residents and a dedicated team and create an environment in which people feel safe and valued.

Your new tasks

• Organizational, personnel and professional management of the directly subordinate employees as well as active participation in recruitment and implementation of employee interviews
• In close cooperation with the care expert responsible for the further development and sustainable anchoring of the care and care of people with dementia
• Cooperation in direct care and care
• Active participation in the design of new structures and promotion of the professional and human development of nurses in cooperation with the department management
• Deputy Head of Department Assistance and Care
• Management and cooperation in projects as well as assuming responsibility for defined specialist topics
• Ensure, review and further development of RAI documentation including controlling
• Degree as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Several years of leadership experience and ideally further training in the field of leadership or management
• In-depth experience in long-term care and in-depth knowledge in the field of dementia and gerontology
• Business management understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Openness to change, innovation and networked thinking
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as sound RAI and IT user knowledge
