The SRF Restaurant Fernsehstrasse in Zurich Leutschenbach is the headquarters of the SRF. Every day 700 guests are catered for in the self-service section with 450 seats. The coffee bar has 30 seats. In addition, the kiosk offers another variety for the guests. Furthermore, caterings are carried out for both internal and external guests. Supported November 2026? You work from Monday to Friday in a 100% workload from 06:00 to 15:00. Occasional evening and weekend sessions are possible. Your area of activity:
- Support in the management and organization of the entire kitchen area in cooperation with:m Chef:in
- Ensuring the high quality of food
- Production of food at the assigned item
- Assistance with monthly inventory and ordering
- Completion of various administrative tasks (daily cost control, delivery note and invoice control, etc.)
- Deputy chef: in absence
- Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
- Ensuring ZFV quality and service standards
- Implementation and assurance of quality standards and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.)
- Conduct of briefings and debriefings in consultation with:m Chef:in
- Promotion of team building
- Participation in team and cadre meetings as well as implementation of employee training Your strengths:
- Basic training as a cook: EFZ
- Kitchen experience at all posts in the kitchen
- 8 years of professional experience in gastronomy / hotel industry
- Leadership experience is beneficial
