For one of the largest non-profit, outpatient care organizations in the canton of Zurich with around 170 employees, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic leader in the course of a succession regulation. In this absolute key role, you are part of the four-member management and actively shape the strategic and operational development of the future-oriented company. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Divisional management: Personnel and professional management of Finance & Administration, HR and IT with currently nine directly subordinate employees.
- Financial responsibility: overall responsibility for finance, controlling and reporting as well as operational accounting including the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts.
- Strategy & Sparring: Active participation at the strategic level within the management as well as the development of sound decision-making basis for the co-CEOs.
- Projects & processes: management of cross-divisional projects, coordination of internal and external reporting and the continuous digital development of processes and structures.
This is what you bring with you
- Education: Completed (specialised) university studies, preferably in business administration or a comparable subject area.
- Experience: Several years of in-depth management experience with comprehensive financial responsibility and proven project management practice
- Ideally, you already know the non-profit or health-related environment.
- Competence: in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling and reporting; routine handling of common financial and ERP systems (Abacus knowledge is a clear advantage).
- Personality: entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight coupled with implementation power, communication strength and a process- and solution-oriented working method.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing at native language level.
