Full description
For the Department of Gastroenterology / Hepatology at the locations Triemli and Waid, we are looking for a concise fresh personality by 2027 or by appointment.
Tasks
- You lead the team of the Endoscopy Assistance at two locations in terms of expertise and personnel and ensure a smooth working day.
- You plan the deployment of employees and coordinate spatial and service planning across both locations.
- You accompany, train and supervise employees especially in the areas of endoscopy, sedation and hygiene.
- You are actively involved in endoscopy and assist in various gastroenterological and optionally pneumological investigations and interventions.
- You ensure high quality in patient care, documentation, hygiene / preparation of endoscopes.
- You are familiar with quality management and digital work.
- You work closely with the medical management, disposition and secretariat and contribute your ideas for the further development of endoscopy.
Profile
- You have a diploma as a nurse/nurse specialist HF
- You bring professional experience in gastroenterology and experience in endoscopy.
- You enjoy management tasks and experience in the professional and personnel support of employees.
- You work independently, organized and reliable and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate in an appreciative way, perform safely and enjoy working interdisciplinary and across locations.
- You are motivated to pass on your expertise, to develop employees and to continuously shape the quality of our processes.
