As a customer companion: in Frequency Acquisition you are in direct contact with our passengers and determine their travel behaviour. You can expect a varied, four-month paid part-time training (50%) in which you will be trained in theory and practice. Our training locations are Olten or Zurich Altstetten. After a successful final examination, you are part-time (50%) in shift operations nationwide as a customer companion, with the shifts beginning and ending at the same training location. As a customer companion:in for frequency acquisition, you contribute to our big goal: enthusiastic customers:inside. You see irregular working hours and shift work as an advantage because you can enjoy your free time while others work. Night and weekend work is also paid for, for example, an hourly wage supplement of 16 francs for Sunday work. • As a customer companion: in Frequency Acquisition you are in direct contact with our customers and accompany them on their journey. You ask our passengers for their travel route and tickets to determine their travel behaviour.
• You collect the collected data in an electronic device.
• You inform the customer about their journey, ensure travel comfort and direct the customer flows.

• You are communicative, open-minded and your friendly dealings with people and your strong customer orientation distinguish you. With your very good communication and conflict skills, you make a decisive contribution to a positive customer experience.
• We focus on cooperation and team spirit in order to cope with the sometimes physically demanding tasks.
• You have a flair for numbers, a quick comprehension and a strong sense of responsibility. You work efficiently and accurately, master digital tools and are ready to work shifts.
• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship (at least two years old) or graduate degree. Your motivation is more important to us than the industry you come from.
• You have very good knowledge of German (level C1). You will also be prepared to obtain a language diploma (level A2) within two years: French, Italian or English.
