For our department Baumeister we are looking for a forward-thinking calculator new and / or renovation (m/f/d). Your place of work will be our Implenia headquarters at Ambassador House in Opfikon. In this role, you work in a motivated team of six people. With us, you can expect extensive digital know-how to cover the customer needs with regard to BIM/VDC, process simulations and laser scanning. We also offer you the latest working equipment.
You move that
- As a calculator until you are responsible for the independent offer development of conversion and / or new projects and offer innovative and economical solutions
- With your extensive technical experience, you can identify project optimizations and create cost estimates and estimates.
- You develop concepts for construction processes, construction site logistics and construction site installations as well as construction programs
- In addition, you support your superiors in procurement negotiations and in the acquisition of new contracts

- Dipl. Construction manager SBA / Technician TS, Dipl. Technician HF, Dipl. Baumeister or civil engineer FH
- Sound professional experience in the calculation of conversion projects
