This workplace includes a public self-service restaurant with free-flow area, indoor and outdoor seating, and a cafeteria. The meeting place in Zurich Altstetten creates a welcoming meeting place for employees, travellers and external guests. Our team inspires an average of 610 guests here every day with a wide range – from varied lunch dishes to regular action weeks to banquets, aperitifs and events. Are you our new team member who joined us as a cafeteria employee (60%) on 01 January 2027 or by appointment? You work from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 14:00 or from 09:00 to 16:10. On occasions, assignments can also take place until 22:00 or on Fridays. Your task menu:
- Welcoming and advising guests at the coffee bar and restaurant
- Preparation of various specialty coffees
- Sale of hot and cold snacks and baked goods
- Ensuring an appealing product presentation
- Creation of the mise en place
- Participation in catering and special events
- Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
- Compliance and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines Your recipe for success:
