Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are seeking a CAD Engineer (M/F) whose primary mission will be to strengthen CAD expertise and optimize the digital chain, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our concurrent engineering processes.
The position will initially be based in Geneva, with a planned transfer to our future site in Bulle.

- Implement and promote Model-Based Definition (MBD)
- Be a driving force for optimizing the digital chain and business practices
- Engineering degree from HES or EPF in microtechnology/mechanics or equivalent training
- Mastery of CAD tools (ideally CREO), ERP, and PLM
Main responsibilities
- Implement and promote Model-Based Definition (MBD)
- Be a driving force for optimizing the digital chain and business practices
- Enrich CAD analysis and production processes within the team
- Devote part of their activity to CAD modeling related to industrialization stages
- Ensure the quality of CAD digital objects delivered to the Methods environment
- Unite the team around methodological innovations
- Formalize standards and references that capitalize on the team's business expertise
- Train team members on the evolution of design methods and tools Profile
- Engineering degree from HES or EPF in microtechnology/mechanics or equivalent training
- Mastery of CAD tools (ideally CREO), ERP, and PLM
