Then you support our research team in the implementation and implementation of contemporary compliance processes as well as their further development in sell-side equity and bond research. The multi-award-winning research department of the Zürcher Kantonalbank is a lively area with constantly new ideas and innovations. We cover around 190 public companies, real estate funds and investment foundations as well as around 180 bond issuers throughout Switzerland – more than any other institution in Switzerland. Our analysts thus form the most important research team in the country. As a Business Risk Manager, you ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered to at all times, take the lead in monitoring and documenting them and continuously develop the existing processes. For the analysts, the departmental management and the control room of the bank, you are the central contact person in day-to-day business for all compliance issues.

Your tasks

• Advise and support the analyst and divisional management in compliance with compliance requirements
• Analyze, review and continuously optimize compliance and business risk processes and controls
• Review, monitor and document compliance-relevant financial analysis processes
• Preparation and implementation of controls for divisional management Research within the control framework of the department
• Acting as a sparring partner: for analysts: for compliance issues
• Taking over the deputy head of Business Development
• Completed studies in economics, law or a comparable education
• Several years of experience as a sell-side equity analyst: in, as a compliance officer or business risk manager: in a research unit
• Very good understanding of financial analysis, especially compliance-relevant aspects
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in the application of Word and Excel
• You also keep track of a variety of tasks and work accurately and conscientiously.
• You convince with a safe appearance, quick comprehension and a high service orientation
• Resilience under time pressure as well as teamwork and strong communication round off your profile
• Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are an advantage
