- You maintain existing customer contacts, build new relationships and plan and conduct customer visits within the Migros Group.
- You will continuously develop and optimize our transport network and work closely with our partners.
- With your focus on the essentials, you identify potential for improvement and initiate sustainable solutions.
- Creating, tracking and actively supporting offers is your responsibility.
- You are actively involved in internal customer projects and take over their management.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the transport industry in the area of scheduling, customer support / sales and in project work
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): further education in the field of transport, project management or business administration
- Very good communication skills, flair for stakeholder management and a good understanding
- Flexible, enduring and resilient personality
- Good IT skills in dealing with MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills and solution orientation
- in German (negotiation certain)
- French (good knowledge)
- English (advantageous)
