In addition, with the ZKB Philanthropy Foundation, we support the realization of the philanthropic goals of our customers. Our business partner teams (assistants) do an essential job. As a business partner UHNWI, Philanthropy & Foundations, you work closely with relationship managers and other experts to ensure exceptional customer experiences at the highest level. Your tasks

• Support the relationship managers in the acquisition as well as in the individual advice and support of customers in day-to-day operations
• Participate in customer meetings, ensure preparation and follow-up as well as take over all activities for the on- and off-boarding of complex customer relationships
• Responsibility for telephone customer contact, independent conduct of consultations and completion of administrative tasks
• Creating individual and comprehensive presentations, offers and asset concepts, coordinating content with relationship managers and ensuring quality
• Accompanying complex financing requests between relationship managers, middle offices, competence holders and processing
• Processing of special concerns such as the fulfilment of individual product and service requests that cannot be covered by the standard offer

Your profile

• Banking specialist training or equivalent training as well as a completed or ongoing further education (e.g. Bachelor in Banking & Finance or Business Administration, HF Business Administration etc.)
• Several years (minimum 4 years) proven experience as an assistant:in private banking
• Good financing and/or investment knowledge and a high level of understanding as well as networked thinking
• Extremely high customer orientation and willingness to go the extra mile at any time
• Reliable, independent, proactive and exact working method coupled with very high discretion
• You score with your communicative, solution-oriented and thinking nature
