The role serves as Business Owner (BO) of the Global Data Platform (GDP) and drives the strategic development of Data Products in the analytics domain.

- University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline
- Ensure stringent prioritization, disciplined resource allocation and benefit verification on the base of explicit commitments from requestors
Key requirements
- Education & Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in roles encompassing data strategy, data product management, enterprise data platforms, or digital transformation within a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience in financial services or wealth management, with solid understanding of banking operations, client data, and relevant regulatory expectations (e.g., MiFID II, GDPR, FINMA OSR)
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing stakeholders across business and IT
- Strong familiarity with modern data technologies and ecosystems, including cloud-based platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar
- Hands-on exposure to Agile ways of working, data governance frameworks, and analytics lifecycle management Competencies and Attributes
- Influence & Collaboration: Skilled at building consensus and driving results through indirect leadership; able to gain commitment from diverse stakeholders
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of shaping forward-looking visions while balancing operational realities and incremental delivery
