What you do

• You are the central contact person for line managers and act as a “SPOC” for cross-claim performance management in all questions regarding analysis, control and data use within PV services; you are also in coordination with the specialist department, finance (reserve), underwriting and performance management in order to establish an integral financial view on a common data basis.
• You work at the interface between department, process management and technical demands, support the development of clear control and reporting instruments for the entire PV services area, commission the implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions and closely accompany them in order to optimally control our core process landscape.
• You build a consistent, area-wide anchored data and key performance landscape for all levels of PV services, analyze technical data requirements and translate them into meaningful (process) key performance indicators, ensure their continuous development and ensure their empowerment and use across all management levels.
• You will analyze existing data and control tools, identify potential for optimization, provide the basis for decision-making for line managers and department managers and make a significant contribution to enabling data-based decisions in the area of PV services.
• You promote a motivating culture of cooperation and change in the team, work closely with cross-claim performance management and ensure that key figures and reports are anchored in the everyday life of managers and are actively used for steering.

What you bring

• Several years of experience (about 3–6 years) in a performance management role, ideally in personal insurance (KTG/UVG/UVG‐Z) or in a similar environment.
• Solid project management skills (e.g. in managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, dealing with change) and a profound understanding of the industry-specific requirements at the interface of discipline, technology and finance
• university degree (Uni/FH) in economics, business administration, data analytics, finance, consulting or an equivalent area
• Experience in the insurance environment.
• An open, resilient and team-oriented personality with a positive and creative attitude – even if it gets hectic – as well as pleasure in empowering others and passing on knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• French is a plus.
