The Projects and Engineering division in Billing & Payments is responsible for the strategic further development and implementation of the digitalization, automation and modernization of our services and solutions. Our focus is on creating sustainable added value for our customers and the bank. As a central unit, we support projects from conception through successful implementation and drive innovative initiatives throughout the Billing and Payments environment. This includes topics such as Instant Payment, SIC, SWIFT, TWINT, eBill and other forward-looking technologies. Your responsibilities
- Creating requirements specifications or creating EPICs, Stories and Features, UI prototypes
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and interdisciplinary teams
- Participating in the creation of EPIC concepts in close collaboration with Product Management
- Developing and evaluating solution approaches
- Preparing analyses and developing solutions, as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
- Defining tests for the acceptance of features and expanding regression tests
Your profile
- University degree in business information systems, business administration or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
- At least 5 years of experience in business engineering in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe) and ideally certification in business engineering (e.g. IREB)
- Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical, strategic and interconnected thinking
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and complex stakeholder management
- Very good German language skills
