Tasks
- They prepare and coordinate budget planning, carry out profitability calculations and monitor compliance with financial requirements in cooperation with departmental management.
- They are responsible for the periodic delimitations in the closing process and ensure transparent financial reporting.
- You prepare financial reporting and analysis for area management and create a sound basis for business decisions.
- They analyze the cost centre and cost carrier calculation as well as the range of services of the clinics and identify optimization and control potential.
- They advise departmental management and clinics on financial issues, support the implementation of improvement measures and actively participate in projects and the further development of controlling processes and instruments.
Requirements
- You have completed business education with further training in controlling or a university degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on finance/controlling
- They bring an initiative, assertive personality with a high level of personal responsibility as well as a strong communication ability at various hierarchical levels.
- Ideally, you have experience in the environment of an acute hospital and know the specific data, performance and value flows in the healthcare sector.
- Her work method is strongly analytical, numerical and consistently goal- and result-oriented.
- You have very good MS-Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of BI systems (e.g. Qlik Sense, TIP HCe) is an advantage.
