- You bear the holistic responsibility for consulting, care and further development of medium-sized companies in the Zurich area
Key requirements
- Mind. 4-6 years: Corporate customer consulting
- Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business Administration
- Your very good communication skills, your proven acquisition strength and your negotiation skills can be used with pleasure and ease in everyday life
- You recognize complex relationships quickly and have the gift of directly networking them and presenting exciting solutions.

Application process
- You advise medium-sized companies on commercial & complex real estate financing, analyze business figures and conduct the examination and approval of loan applications
- In cooperation with our specialists in Leasing & Structured Finances, you can fully support our customers in financing decisions
- With your communicative, customer-oriented personality, you establish our position as a corporate customer bank in Zurich and convince by your professional performance
- Your opinion counts, both for your young, dynamic teammates and across all departments, to the management
- Recruitment process Pre-selection of applications Incoming applications we continuously check, create a pre-selection and release it to the manager for viewing.
- Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks conversation with HR & specialist department The conversation is carried out virtually or locally with the competent person from the HR and/or the specialist department.
- The main aim is to learn more about staff and expertise and to assess the cultural fit in the company and team.
- Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks Personality/Performance Test Under certain conditions, we use a Personality Test (BIP, Scales Test or the like) to support selection as an additional step.
