Als Business Analyst im E-Banking Team gestaltest du aktiv die digitale Zukunft unserer Private-Clients-Plattform mit. Du bildest die Brücke zwischen Business und IT und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenbedürfnisse, regulatorische Anforderungen und technische Möglichkeiten in innovative und benutzerfreundliche Lösungen übersetzt werden.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklern, UX-Experten und externen Partnern analysierst du Anforderungen, entwickelst Konzepte und begleitest deren Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live. Dabei denkst du nicht nur in einzelnen Features, sondern betrachtest die gesamte Customer Journey und trägst dazu bei, das digitale Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner zusammen, analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern nachhaltige und innovative Lösungen für unsere E-Banking-Plattform – von der Priorisierung bis zur Konkretisierung einzelner Initiativen.
