This is the job - your main tasks
- Analysis and conception: Support customers from different industries in analyzing their needs and developing suitable solutions.
- Demand assessment: Conduct workshops and interviews and use various IT tools to model and manage customer requirements.
- Process optimization: Examine structures, business and communication processes and identify optimization potentials.
- Solution development: Create evaluations, evaluate solution variants and work on developing effective, high-quality solutions.
- Interface Management: Advise as a link between departments and IT departments, apply different survey techniques and accompany project staff.
This job is for you if
- You have a university degree (FH/University/ETH/EPFL) in engineering, information technology or similar.
- You have proven experience as a business analyst - ideally in the mobility environment.
- You enjoy working with different people and you like to develop solutions in a team.
- You are communicative and want to take on a mediating interface function.
- You are enthusiastic about methods and techniques for collecting, documenting and modeling requirements.
- You have experience in one of the fields of natural sciences, economics or engineering and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You can communicate negotiably in German and English.

- Certification as Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or experience in complex analysis projects.
- Expertise in specific IT systems or platforms used in our core industries.
