In the specialist network Schaden (FNS) you get the opportunity to gradually expand your competences in the field of building physics and building technology, to deepen your knowledge in practice and to prepare for a future specialist function as a building specialist: in property damage.

Key requirements
- Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen oder Interesse, dir entsprechendes Wissen anzueignen
- Eine höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Bauphysik (HF/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit praktischer Erfahrung im Bau- oder Gebäudebereich
- Kenntnisse in Baukonstruktion, Bauphysik und Sanierung. Erfahrung mit relevanten SIA-Normen ist von Vorteil
- Die Fähigkeit oder Motivation, Ursachen komplexer Schäden zu analysieren, fundiert zu beurteilen und passende Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Freude an der Kommunikation sowie Interesse, Wissen weiterzugeben und Schulungen durchzuführen
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft für Besichtigungen vor Ort sowie die Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Schadenfälle
- Eine selbständige, strukturierte sowie lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Initiative, Verbindlichkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen
