Company and context
- Support sales, engineering and service department in organizational and administrative matters
- Support in procurement discussions with the customer or specialist planner
- Processing of technical and administrative inquiries of our customers
- Collection and maintenance of data as well as compilation of the complete offer documentation Requirements
- Basic technical training in building, electrical or automation technology supplemented with further training as a technical merchant or HF
- In-depth professional experience in a similar function in the field of building automation
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce are beneficial
- Service-oriented, communicative and team-capable personality with rapid comprehension
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
