Main responsibilities
- These missions include, in a combination of direct responsibilities and matrix responsibilities, the development and implementation of EPFL's IT strategy and master plan, the digitization of business processes, IT security, the management of central IT infrastructure, the management of core business applications, and coordination with the Faculty's IT services.
- The VPO-SI is looking for an BI system specialist to strengthen its team.
- Linked to the ISD, this person will help implement EPFL's Business Intelligence strategy.
- Under the supervision of the Head of Unit BI, she will participate in the development of solutions, project monitoring and user support. The main missions are:
- the development and management of the Data Warehouse (SAP BW/4 HANA);
- creating reports and dashboards with Tableau,
- implementation of data extraction and transformation (ETL) processes.
- The specialist analyses, parameters and develops the software components on the basis of specifications and functional specifications, applying the standards and good practices in force.
- It thus contributes to the digital transformation of EPFL, in a collaborative, innovative and quality oriented environment.
- You play a key role in organizing, consolidating and valuing institutional data.

- Under the supervision of the Head of Unit BI, she will participate in the development of solutions, project monitoring and user support. The main missions are:
- Design data warehouses and trade datamarts. Technical development (SAP BW/4HANA)
- Manage data access authorizations. Create modelling objects BW/4HANA
- Set power flows (ETL) from SAP S/4HANA or third party systems. Support, maintenance and optimization
- Integrate data governance rules into output reports. Support and training
- Document solutions, processes and best practices. Contribution to BI and DWH projects
- Participate in digital transformation projects (e.g. migration to BW/4 HANA, integration of new flows). Contribute to all phases
