Their tasks

• Person-centered care and care of our residents
• Accompaniment and training of learners and students in the framework of the vocational training function
• First contact person for trainees’ questions and concerns
• Shared responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day business
• Participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Identification of complex and rapidly changing situations and initiation of appropriate measures
• Close interprofessional cooperation with the therapies, the medical service and other specialist areas

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH or a corresponding foreign diploma recognised by the SRC
• Vocational training course successfully completed or willing to complete it
• Service-oriented and appreciative working methods with a focus on the needs of our residents
• Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation and Basal Stimulation
• Openness to new things and joy in helping to shape a progressive understanding of care
• Resilient, team capable and flexible personality
