• Professional support as well as targeted promotion and development of trainees, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually adapted to the learning process
• Create targeted learning opportunities in day-to-day care and carry out practical learning days.
• Together with the trainees, ensure competent and holistic care and care for our patients (mainly in early service)
• Active participation in the station’s management team for the further development of training, including the introduction of educational topics
• General further development of training together with the vocational training team and strengthening of the nursing team in accompanying the apprentices
• Further development of one’s own professional pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking and active participation in the network training

Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at the Zollikerberg Hospital. In the Clinic for Internal Medicine with continuing education status A, we look after more than 2,500 inpatients, more than 6,000 emergencies and more than 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit every year. On our interdisciplinary stations, you can expect a versatile field of activity with a focus on palliative care, internal medicine and surgery. Our stations are guided according to the reference care system.

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or HF/FH care
• Further training in the field of vocational training (SVEB) or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience of at least one year, preferably in an acute hospital
