You take responsibility for the training of students and continuously accompany them during the NDS anesthesia care in collaboration with the education officer (BV) of the department. You plan and design the individual learning opportunities for NDS anesthesia nursing students in a responsible and committed manner. You conduct competency discussions, support the learning processes and the qualifications of the students. You regularly educate yourself to stay up to date with the latest knowledge. Every calendar year, one student starts with us in NDS anesthesia nursing. You will continuously develop the anesthesia department together with the team leader, the nursing expert and the person responsible for education in anesthesia nursing. Mansioni

• At least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital (including 1 year in pediatric anesthesia)
