Bring your expertise where it makes the biggest difference: In ortho-optics at the University Hospital Zurich, you diagnose and treat visual and eye movement disorders in an interdisciplinary manner and at the highest medical level – with a focus on early detection, individual therapy and sustainable quality of life.

Their main tasks

• Prevention, diagnosis and therapy of amblyopias, skull diseases, eye movement disorders and neuro-central vision disorders
• Accompanying the students Orthoptik HF
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and regular internal training
• Possibility to complete further training as a practical trainer: in (SVEB certificate)

Your profile

• Diploma in Orthoptik as well as in-depth orthoptic, strabological and neuroophthalmological knowledge in theory and practice
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• In-depth expertise in the field of orthoptics and neuroophthalmology
• They are communicative, accustomed to independent and service-oriented work as well as resilient, conscientious and flexible
• You enjoy working in a team
• You are engaged in professional development
