• Responsibility as a full-time trainee:r Vocational trainer:in for the practical and theoretical training of trainees in the first year of apprenticeship
• Promote and challenge the learner groups in productive orders on track construction jobs of SBB and other partner companies in the area of Winterthur, Zurich and Eastern Switzerland
• Planning and execution of customer orders for basic training track construction
• Exemplary role in dealing with young people and in complying with safety regulations
• Ongoing monitoring of learning objectives and qualifications
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of trial gauges at the workplaces
• Assistance in the development of training materials

This is what you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as track builder:in several years of professional experience as well as completed further training as foreman:in track construction
• Valid ID in the function of Chief of Security:in and driver’s license Cat. B
• Experience in the function of vocational trainer:in or practice trainer:in the secondary office of advantage
• Self-employment and enjoyment of taking responsibility
• Delight in providing theoretical and practical expertise to young adults
• Workplace planning and organisation experience
• Strong social skills, high willingness to provide services and good MS-Office knowledge
