The GZO Spital Wetzikon is an innovative acute care hospital in the Zurich Oberland with 150 beds and around 900 employees. As a company with high customer orientation and appreciative communication, we are committed to our patients on a daily basis.

We offer students in graduate education to nurture HF, an employment for the entire duration of education. During the training semesters, you can complete a variety of internships with the training focus Somatik. The internships last 6 months and take place in different departments with different focuses. Depending on your previous knowledge, you will spend one semester with one of our cooperation partners (e.g. GerAtrium) and deepen the field of long-term care. As carers, you accompany and support people in all phases of life. They take over the care and care of our patients from the initial interview to the exit planning. They work together with patients, relatives, the care team and employees from other specialist areas. Theoretical training takes place at one of the educational centers Careum or ZAG. • Completed 3-year vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate of ability or completion of a specialised secondary school or completion of a federal graduate school
• Confirmation of successful aptitude test (Careum / ZAG)
• Mental and physical resilience, teamwork, sense of responsibility, flexibility, independence, good observation and perception, empathy
