In the Raiffeisen Group, the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability department is responsible for the topics of corporate responsibility and sustainability and acts as a competence centre within the Raiffeisen Group and against the outside. In order to strengthen our team based at Zurich Airport (The Circle) and the opportunity to work partly in the home office, we are looking for a motivated personality with conceptual and pronounced analytical thinking.

What awaits you?

• Responsibility for the further development, implementation and monitoring of the climate strategy and the Group-wide transition plan
• Professional responsibility for climate data management, including collection, quality assurance, analysis and control of relevant climate indicators and reduction pathways
• Responsibility for climate-related reporting, disclosure and the development of related processes
• Analysis of regulatory developments and ensuring implementation of relevant climate and sustainability requirements
• Representation in internal and external expert committees and working groups on climate and environment as well as assuming other functions of general sustainability management

What do you bring?

• Completed higher education (university or technical college) in environmental, climate, natural or economic sciences or comparable education
• Proven professional experience in the areas of climate management, sustainability, sustainable finance or related topics
• In-depth knowledge of climate strategy, transition planning, greenhouse gas accounting and climate-related regulatory requirements
• High affinity for data management, data analysis and key figures as well as the ability to process complex issues in an addressable manner
• Team-oriented and committed personality with convincing communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
