To support the Data Center team in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as our HLKS construction manager for Datacenter (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon. In this function, you will actively supervise our various data center projects on site.

Tasks
What tasks await you as HLKS construction manager for Datacenter (m/f/d)?
- Ensure that all plan documents are complete and on time, and report deviations or delays early
- You plan and coordinate work preparation, create construction programs and lead the entrepreneurs on the construction site in a targeted manner
- You coordinate and control all HVAC trades and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, environmental and safety requirements
- You organize and accompany technical approvals and controls and provide complete project documentation until completion
- You ensured all necessary permits and preparatory work before the start of construction and accompanied workshop inspections as well as the commissioning of HVAC systems
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as HLKS construction manager for Datacenter (m/f/d)?
- Practical HVAC training completed
- Experience as assembly manager HLKS on larger construction sites or experience as construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
- Team capable, cooperative personality, can take responsibility
- Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
- Familiar with the general contractor environment
- Very good German and English skills
