The SIX staff restaurant offers fresh and seasonal food every day. From a large selection, our guests can cater during the day. To complement our team, we are looking for a service- and front-oriented personality who brings pleasure to the profession.

Mansioni
- Preparation and production of food for banquets and events in high quality and large quantities
- Organization of the Mise en Place and planning of work processes in the team depending on the size of the event
- Close coordination with the kitchen management and cooperation with service and event management
- Drafting and issuing the courts according to specifications
- Co-design of menus and consideration of special wishes and special diets
- Compliance with GMZ quality standards and the HACCP hygiene directives as well as physical inspection and warehousing management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience: in the required area
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a chef
- Motivated, organized and humorous team player personality
- Efficient, forward-looking and orderly work
- Enjoy working with colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures as well as with guests
- Flexible service readiness from Monday to Friday (without room hour)
- German (very good knowledge)
