Contribute as a Pre-Legal Collections Team Leader to the achievement of our ambitious goals. In this versatile and exciting role, you will lead the Pre-Legal Collections team and be responsible for the reliable and professionally impeccable processing of default-prone claims from consumer credits. Tasks

• With your team, you will ensure timely, process-compliant, and effective processing of credit positions in pre-legal collections
• In accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, you will be responsible for the qualitatively impeccable support of customers in pre-legal collections
• You will take on the role of Service Owner for digital claims management and the responsibility for its further development
• You will optimize the organization and processes in your area of responsibility in terms of efficiency, question the status quo, and actively contribute to continuous improvement
• You will work closely with your peers and maintain regular and professional exchange with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., debt counseling centers, offices, etc.)
