Key responsibilities In this exciting sales- and closing-oriented consulting function, you are responsible for processing the loan applications and can use your sales flair for our first-class product range. This includes the collection and examination of written and telephone loan applications and the development of solutions tailored to customer requirements. As a customer consultant, you offer our customers an excellent service and work closely with internal interfaces.
We are looking for a new colleague who will take on the following core tasks:
- Processing and examination of incoming loan applications
- Verification of customer information and documents regarding accuracy and authenticity
- Communication and communication of credit decisions to the customer
- Telephone advice for customers around the “BANK-now-Offering”
- Consistent exploitation of potential (replacement of external loans, realisation of up-selling potential, sale of complex products and cross-selling)

Your skills and experience
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting and sales-oriented environment
- Stylistic German as well as negotiable in English, French or Italian. Any other language is beneficial.
