With around 350 employees, the bathing and ice facilities department is responsible for the operation of around 21 indoor and outdoor pools as well as two ice plants.
To strengthen our existing teams, we are looking for our indoor pool Bläsi from the 1. January 2027 or by agreement a committed and self-responsible *n
bath workers, 40-70 %
Tasks
- Responsibility for supervision, rescue operations, medical services and cash operations
- Ensuring safety and order on the installation
- Taking care of bathers
- Performing general cleaning tasks
- Maintenance and repair work
Profile
- Swimming Brevet IGBA PRO, Brevet Swiss bathing master or SLRG Brevet PRO pool, including BLS-AED (proof must not be older than 1 year)
- Joy in dealing with guests and a strong service orientation
- Very good oral German language skills
- Independent, reliable and careful working methods
- Technical understanding and interest

About us
The Sports Department is a service department of the School and Sports Department of the City of Zurich. It is the competence centre for sports promotion and provides sports facilities as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools to the sportingly active population and clubs. The organisation of compulsory swimming lessons and voluntary school sports are also core tasks of the Sports Office. With targeted information, the Sports Office motivates more movement and advises and supports the sports organizations.
