Key requirements
- Präzise Arbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Disziplin zeichnen dich aus; zudem bringst du ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein mit.
- Die Zusammenarbeit im Team macht dir Freude, gleichzeitig kannst du Aufgaben selbstständig planen und umsetzen und Verbesserungen (KAIZEN / 5S) aktiv mitgestalten.
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Montage oder Baugruppenfertigung ist von Vorteil; ausserdem bist du sicher im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Richtlinien.
- Vorhanden ist eine abgeschlossene mechanische Grundausbildung EFZ, zum Beispiel als Automatiker:in, Automatikmonteur:in oder Polymechaniker:in Fachrichtung Montage, oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Outlook, Excel und Word, runden dein Profil ab und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift entsprechen mindestens dem Niveau B2.

- As a railway signal fitter, you assemble, wire and test signals and signaling assemblies, thereby directly contributing to safe and punctual railways.
- You carry out mechanical and electrical assembly work according to specifications, technical drawings and assembly plans and document the work clearly.
- You carry out functional checks and ensure the quality of the work carried out.
- You will actively participate in KAIZEN, 5S and other improvement initiatives and contribute to the further development of processes in the team.
- You ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace according to 5S and provide materials professionally.
- You enjoy working with others in a team, but can easily handle individual orders independently, always adhering to applicable safety and quality guidelines.
