You take over the technical support and maintenance of complex machines worldwide. The focus is on error analysis, repair and close contact with the customer. To strengthen our customer we are looking for a Activities

• Worldwide implementation of service missions on customer-specific flat and profile grinding machines
• Analysis and correction of errors as well as carrying out repairs, overhauls and conversions of machines
• Installation, commissioning and acceptance of machines including customer training
• Sale and implementation of services
• Provision of technical customer support including helpline and support of customer service

Requirements

• Completed basic training as an automatic or electronic engineer
• Experience in PLC programming as well as knowledge in drive and control technology, Simatic and TIA portal
• Affinity for mechanical work and safe handling of control systems
• Strong quality and safety awareness and solid PC user capabilities
• Good German and English skills in words and writing as well as communicative strength in dealing with international customers
