As an apprentice or apprentice FaBe MiA, you bring the joy of life directly home. You support older people in Zurich so that they can continue to live at home independently and with a high quality of life. You accompany them in different life situations and are specialized in their needs. We are training the new professional branch FaBe (specialism MiA - people in old age). Our full-time and dedicated vocational trainers offer you individual support and support in a lively environment.

• Your tasks are very varied and exciting: from activity design to conversation as well as high-level hospital care and support.
• You will receive a structured education with a comprehensive introduction to your field of activity
• Our motivated and qualified vocational trainers accompany you to work independently and independently and you will be picked up, supported and developed theoretically and practically on your current state of knowledge.
• In the project week at the beginning of your apprenticeship, you get to know all new learners and you start working together.

• 6 weeks holidays and regulated working hours.
• You will get the opportunity to complete the BMS in parallel with the training.

• You are healthy and physically and psychologically resilient
• You have a school degree Sek A, Sek B or 10. School year with good grades
• Your knowledge of German is good (minor level B2)
• You can cycle and like to be in the fresh air with the e-bike
