Do you want to do something meaningful, support people and take on responsibility? Whether you are new to the field or taking the next step as a FaGe EFZ – with us, you will start your training to become a qualified nursing professional HF (Higher Professional School)
💸 Already earn during your training: from CHF 40’300/year
- 3 years : EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- 2 years : FaGe EFZ (shortened entry possible)
Your tasks
With us, you will be involved from the very beginning – not just present:
- Accompany patients from admission to discharge
- Plan, carry out and document care processes
- Perform medical-technical tasks
- Work in an interdisciplinary team with doctors and therapists
- Provide targeted support to help people return to everyday life (rehabilitation)
- For beginners: Gradually grow into taking on responsibility
- For FaGe: Independently manage the entire care process
What you bring
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Motivation to take on responsibility and continue developing
- Independence, team spirit and proactive thinking
- Observation and reflection skills
- German language skills at least C1
The following also applies
- 3-year HF training: EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- 2-year HF training: FaGe EFZ + passed aptitude assessment (can be started in parallel)
