The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the old age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, the living in old age and the consulting with a total of about 240 employees is a non-profit corporation fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
We are looking for a development-friendly reinforcement after agreement.
Your new tasks
- Evening assignments from 16:00 to 22:00
- Assessment and case management in complex nursing situations
- Taking over complex care as well as guidance and delegation
- Performance recording and maintenance documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC
- Management and design of care processes
- Active participation in the redesign of processes and standards
- Completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH
- Strong in assessment with RAI-HC and in case management in Spitex
- High independence and networked thinking
- Very good oral and written German and computer skills
- Category B ticket is advantageous
- 6 weeks until completion of the 20. Age year
