- You assess business processes and support customers in demanding accounting issues according to OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP.
- You have a recognised Swiss accountant diploma or comparable qualification such as ACCA, ACA or Cá.
Main responsibilities
- You manage and coordinate audits of annual and consolidated accounts of national and international customers from various industries on site or in remote.
- You assess business processes and support customers in demanding accounting issues according to OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP.
- You carry out special orders and audits, accompany various project orders and engage in the Trade, Industrial & Services community.
- You support and coach employees, support their professional and personal development and contribute to an inspiring team culture.
- You drive the digitalization of auditing by integrating modern data analysis and automation tools into audit processes. Requirements
- You have 4 to 7 years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in the Big Four environment.
- Well-known coaching mentality and the pleasure of passing on knowledge and promoting talent are in the foreground.
- You have a high level of affinity for digital solutions as well as interest in data analysis and audit tools such as Alteryx, Power BI or similar technologies.
- You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
