- You are familiar with the processing and documentation of IT support cases in a ticketing system and can collect, prioritize and track requests in a structured manner.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira is beneficial.
- You can communicate IT-relevant information precisely and comprehensibly to employees.
- You are patient, friendly and helpful in dealing with employees and understand how to look at IT problems from their perspective.
