The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients.

Tasks

• Ensure a smooth administrative process for our patients, as well as for all internal and external interfaces
• Written and telephone contact with patients: inside, relatives, doctors, insurance companies and hospitals
• Sending medical reports and monitoring the reporting latencies of ambulatory and inpatient patients
• Leadership of the ambulatory and partly inpatient:inside list of neurology
• Deputy Complaint Management and Reciprocal Holiday Representation in the Team
• Obtaining opinions and information in cooperation with the disposition and the medical profession
• General secretarial and back office tasks incl. Reporting sender

Requirements

• Commercial training with several years of experience in health care or training as medical secretary:in / Medical:r Practice assistant:in with professional experience in administration
• In-depth knowledge of PC users (Microsoft Office, electronic medical history KISIM)
• Back office experience or experience in patient disposition/reception
• stylish knowledge of German in words and writing
• Good English skills as well as other languages are beneficial
• Strong quality and service awareness
• Reliable, service-oriented and socially competent personality with structured and independent work organization
