Become part of our team! We search immediately or by agreement temporarily until 31. July 2027 with the option of extension a dedicated specialist supervising ISR 50% for the accompaniment of students in the ISR setting. They work 4 days a week and accompany pupils with increased need for support in everyday school life. They work closely with teachers, specialists and guardians.
Tasks
- Care, accompaniment and support of children and adolescents in accordance with the job framework, mission statement
- Teaching supportive, social and leisure pedagogical activity inward and outward
- Active participation in day-to-day operations (pedagogy, household, care, general organisation, administration)
- Appropriate parental work taking into account different cultural, social and linguistic origins
- Ensuring the companionship school/hoard
- Participation in support practices
- Participation in school development, participation in various internal working groups
Profile
- Degree as a specialist childcare EFZ
- Good written and oral communication skills in German
- Accustomed to working independently, safe appearance
- ISR experience is beneficial
- Resilience and high flexibility in cooperation
- Experience in educational work and interdisciplinary cooperation is beneficial
