Full description
At our day school, up to 90 children are cared for every day. As of August 17, 2026 or by agreement, our team is looking for support.
Tasks
- You are responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating lunch and afternoon offers.
- They are interested in children and their living environment and accompany them authentically, understandingly and appreciatively.
- With your open and benevolent attitude, you shape cooperation in the team, with parents and teachers.
- They perform administrative and operational tasks routinely and quickly.
- They are ready to participate interdisciplinary and actively in the entire support team and at schoolhouse level and to support developments.
Profile
- One of the following CH-recognised diplomas: Social Work FH/HFS; Social education FH/HFS or an equivalent education. Kindergarten or teaching diploma of elementary school, university degree with major subject social pedagogy, pedagogy or educational science or EFZ specialist supervision
- Enforceable, resilient, structured and practically thinking, flexible specialist with great commitment
- Motivated and humorous personality with positive human image and open mindset
- Professional experience in educational work as well as the ability to lead a large group of children with benevolent determination and creativity
- Self-employment, sense of responsibility and very good team and communication skills

About us
The Zurichberg School District comprises districts 1, 7 and 8 with the districts Altstadt, Fluntern, Hottingen, Hirslanden, Riesbach and Witikon. The district school authority manages 17 school houses. These include 44 kindergartens and over 40 care facilities of different sizes. Of the 13 organizational units, 9 are day schools.
The Hirslanden Primar Day School belongs to the beautiful Zurichberg School District. The primary school consists of four kindergarten classes, six lower and six intermediate classes. The total of 400 students are taught by about 40 teachers. The care area of the Hirslanden Primar Day School comprises three care locations for kindergarten children, one care location for lower school children and two care locations for middle school children.
