Description
Does the thought of quickly and solution-orientedly supporting customers in challenging travel and breakdown situations motivate you? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no claim is like another and where you come into contact with different languages and cultures every day?
In this role, you will strengthen Zurich Schweiz's Claims business in the Claims Assistance area and make an important contribution to our shared success. You are the direct point of contact for our customers, actively handle travel and breakdown claims in Switzerland and abroad, and assess benefit claims in the areas of roadside assistance, cancellation costs and travel protection. In doing so, you regularly communicate with customers in writing and by telephone, work closely with partners, travel agencies, and the Underwriting and Field Sales departments, thus ensuring professional and efficient claims handling.
What you can expect
- You actively handle travel and breakdown claims in Switzerland and abroad.
- You assess benefit claims in the areas of roadside assistance, cancellation costs and travel protection.
- You have regular written and telephone contact with our customers.
- You communicate closely with partners, travel agencies and other interfaces.
- You support the Underwriting and Field Sales departments with claims-related matters.
What sets you apart
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance, travel or tourism industry
- Very good German and French language skills; any additional foreign language, such as English, is a great advantage
- Strong customer, service and solution orientation
- Quick comprehension, resilience and reliability
