Canton of Zurich Education Directorate Office for Youth and Vocational Advice Social Worker/in FH kjz Bülach (permanent) 60% The Office for Youth and Vocational Counselling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as professional counselling. The kjz (Child and Youth Assistance Centre) is a polyvalent counselling centre for families, parents, adolescents, children and toddlers and works on the basis of the Children and Youth Assistance Act of the Canton of Zurich. For the kjz Bülach we are looking for a social worker 60% by 1 January 2027 or by agreement (permanent) In the Social Work and Mandates department, you advise and accompany children, adolescents, mothers and fathers as part of child protection measures and on a voluntary basis. In addition, you carry out investigations into child welfare on behalf of KESB. In fulfilling your tasks, you work closely with authorities, schools, other institutions and specialist bodies. For this demanding task we are looking for a committed and resilient personality with:
- University of Applied Sciences degree in social work
- Experience in youth and family assistance and in mandate management
- High social competence, solution orientation and assertiveness
