As a social worker at the Social Centre Selnau, you accompany adult clients on their way and work with them to find viable solutions for sustainable professional and social integration. For our dedicated team at the Social Centre Selnau we are looking for reinforcement from January 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- They advise and accompany adults in economic welfare and adult protection.
- They advise and accompany adult clients in financial and social difficulties – at eye level and with a clear view for their resources.
- For us, securing livelihoods is not a paperwork, but the foundation on which everything else is built: They provide economic social assistance and carry out civil mandates in the protection of adults. Two worlds, one goal – and does not guarantee a routine.
- Yes, this also includes weighing up support and setting limits. It is precisely this field of tension that makes the work technically demanding – and honest.
- You keep your work traceable in the case management system (FFS).
Profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
- Experience in economic welfare and/or adult protection
- Commercial organizational flair and security in financial topics
- The ability to quickly grasp complex situations and take on different roles in counselling and support
- Sovereignty, clarity and a professional approach to different concerns and expectations
