Uroviva stands for a modern medical network and includes a special clinic for urology, eleven urological practices and an andrology center. With approximately 70,000 consultations each year in primary, special and emergency care and more than 5,000 operations of all severity levels, Uroviva is an important provider of urological services in Switzerland. For our lively practice at Stadelhofen station we are looking for 1. February 2027 or by agreement *n Senior Medical Assistant 100%
Their tasks
- Leading the MPA team and operational planning
- Main responsibility for the planning, organization and preparation of office hours incl. Patient reception and care
- Preparation of urological examinations and assistance in examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
- Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analysis and injections
- Optimisation of processes
- Performance controlling
- General office work, termination of orders
- Order and warehouse management
Your profile
- Completed training as MPA EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience, further education as an MPK beneficial
- TARDOC knowledge is beneficial
- Axenita knowledge is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
